BAW
Established in 1976 to serve the automotive industry, it has always been based in South Wales. Originally serving Ford motor company in Bridgend, it is now working within oil & gas, food, medical, aerospace and other industries.
Specialises in high end, high precision, high quality, subcontract CNC machinist in-house design and manufacturing capability. Not high volume but bespoke, niche work. They work with blue chip companies i.e. Ford, Honda, Aston Martin and several tier 1-2 suppliers to automotive industry. Not confined just to UK, also worked in US, Hungary and France.
Eurogrind
Established in 1982, Eurogrind is known for its flexible and versatile service specialising in the application of tungsten carbide, cermet, ceramic and advanced PCD and PCBN cutting materials.
From standard ISO cutting tools through to the design and manufacture of bespoke cutting tools, they provide industry with the leading edge cost down solutions and innovation it needs for sustained growth.
Eurogrind are known for their reliable source of technical information, guaranteed delivery schedule, and high quality product that is increasingly demanded by the manufacturing industry.
Global Precision
Established in 1980 and originally named Turnmil Engineering, they employed 35 toolmakers; turners, providing a highly skilled workforce focused on delivering high quality solutions to meet all engineering requirements.
In 2009 they were acquired by Paul Kilbride and renamed Global Precision Engineering. They have continued to deliver bespoke, precision components for local, national and international customers.
RG Tooling
Establish in 1982, RG Tooling have extensive experience and knowledge across the cutting tool industry. They design and produce special tooling for some of the world’s leading international tooling companies.
RG Tooling manufacture cutting tools utilising special or standard ISO carbide inserts either as single pocket tools or combination multi pocket tools. We can manufacture almost anything with a pocket milled in it.
They also manufacture industrial roll cutters and roll formers for a variety of sectors as well as press tools, mould tools, jigs, fixtures, prototype tooling and special components. Their flexible production set up means they can produce a single item or batch quantity items to the customers’ requirements.
